The film Me, Myself & Irene is ac comedy directed by the Farrelly Brothers. The protagonist in the story is Charlie Baileygates (Jim Carrey), a Rhode Island State Police trooper.

Charlie normally is a calm and sweet-natured man who avoids confrontations, so sweet-natured that other people have taken advantage of him most of his life.

Charlie’s wife cheats on him with a black dwarf limo driver, and leaves Charlie to raise their three highly intelligent but profanity-spewing mixed-race sons.

After numbers of events where Charlie succumbs, he develops an antipode to Charlie, a rude and violent split personality named Hank who seeks out confrontations.

After the development of Hank, Charlie is prescribed a medicine for schizophrenia and assigned to escort a woman named Irene Waters (Renée Zellweger) to New York.

Charlie discovers that Irene is being set up for a murder and the escort turns into a run from Irene’s ex-boyfriend, the corrupted police officer Dickie Thurman (Daniel Greene).

But when Charlie looses his medication on the run, things start to get really complicated, especially since both Charlie and Hank have fallen in love with Irene …
